Although the greatest part of Pohnpei is covered with mangrove swamps, artificial beaches have been built, to attract tourists in this area that is, in fact, absoultely fantastic. Mount Nahna Laud is ideal for hiking or walking, although it's abit rainy out there. Waterfalls are spread all across the island, and swimming ponds are formed at their base. So if you like to swim, enjoy the clear waters on this island!
